Melted Wax on an Envelope

For day 13, the random number from my creativity challenge list was #16 
MELTED WAX ON AN ENVELOPE. 
I used some blank stationary and an envelope I had on hand to do this along with some permanent markers to write on the front and inside a little. 
The wax melts and wax melting set up pictured here were purchased separately on Amazon. 
Since the time I purchased them the price has gone up a bit but I will link them  below the pictures so that you can check them out if you want.


Here's the stuff. ;)


The Front + Inside were kept pretty simple.




Sealing wax beads in plastic box + wax melting spoon + 2 tea light candles 


Letter "V" wax seal stamp-Brass Head (Botanical Alphabet Initial) 


I added a few dry flowers to the mix in order to add a little interest and maybe some elegance. WATCH OUT NOW!! oh, yes she did. Looks super cute. 



The process is pretty simple and fun once you get going. 
I highly suggest you try this out. I have become obsessed with finding brass stamps to use and personalize notes. It's a unique touch and can be used in so many different ways like notes, scrapbooks, wedding décor, table setups, party favors, etc. 
This process was super enjoyable, and hope you guys are inspired to try it out some time soon. 
Bust out the set you already purchased online but have not used. ;)
Yup, I'm definitely that girl too.

Ziplock Bag Greenhouse Effect

Sup ya'll. Last year I was successful in getting some seeds to grow from placing the seeds in a zip lock bag, along with a piece of paper towel, a few drops of water, seeds, and taping them to the window allowing the sunlight to work its magic.  About a month ago, I did the same thing and planted them in some soil. I am enjoying the process of that.  In the meantime, I decided to do it a third time and maybe share the process.  In the zip lock bags I have the following seeds:  Rosemary  Carrot Mint Catnip Spinach Red Cherry Tomato Stevia  Borage  English Tall Lavender German Chamomile  Thyme  Sugar Baby Watermelon Purple Petra Basil I will make an effort to share the process and success rate of these guys as well as the planted ones that are happy in some soil.

Popsicle Stick Photo Frames

I had the best time hanging out with Naya and Noah yesterday making popsicle stick frames.  I just so happen to have my Instax camera on hand so we decide to have a bit of a photo shoot after their lunch. One we were done wainting FOREVER for the pictures to develop ;) we decided to get crafting. We choose the popsicle sticks we wanted to use without exactly having an a true intention of how things would turn out other than making some sort of picture frame. Below is the list of materials we had on hand to use. Materials  Popsicle sticks + Wood Glue + Yarn+ Cardstock Paper + Scissors+ Watercolors/Crayons  We started out with painting and coloring our popsicle sticks. Some of use used thin ones and some used the tick ones; both look great but the thicker ones are a little easier to hold on to while they paint or color them.  Using either watercolors or crayons works out well; it really is just dependent on your preference.  After coloring the
