11 Day Diet
Years ago I tried this diet called the 11 day diet and I was super pleased with the results. The first time I did it I lost a total of 8lbs in the span of 11 day along with exercise. The second time around I lost another 9 lbs. It was such a great tool at helping me understand how to split up my meals throughout the day, as well as better understanding "eating till I'm satisfied"; choosing more nutritious options that are still easy to prepare. It broke it down for me for the first time in an easy step by step way that I knew was effective.
This diet is really easy to follow and contains very basic food options that makes it very affordable and realistic to follow. It also helps with guiding you to better understand your proper eating habits making sure you are eating enough and not depriving yourself so that you have the proper fuel you need for your day and your workouts.
I am planning on starting it up again this month and I need some ACCOUNTABILITY to help me stay on track ( Hence, "Challenge"). I will begin Monday June 4th, 2018, and share with you my four meals for all 11 days!
