LET'S DO THIS!
I'm challenging myself. I'm challenging myself to get as fit as I possibly can these next 2 months. I'm not much of a competitive person but I do like to compete with myself. So, the plan. The plan is to set up a work out schedule one week at a time. I wrote up this weeks. Here are my fitness goals.
Along with my work out goals, I am cutting as much sugar as possible out of my diet. No Candy, No Ice Cream, No Soda. (YIKES!!) I want to cut back on carbs and try consume a high protein diet. It should be fun. I'm excited to do this again and to see how far I get in these next two months. I lost over 60lbs three years ago and I want to challenge myself again. I look forward to sharing as much as possible. This will help keep me accountable and comfortable with the idea of sharing this part of my life. Wish me luck. Let's Do this!!!
