​I created a cute dry-erase board out of this hexagon shaped frame.  This is the patterned paper I chose to use as my background.  Below are the scrabble pieces I chose in order to spell out the words, I love you because… Below are the guts of the frame. I gutted it.  I used the inside cardboard as a template to cut the patterned paper down to the proper size.  Here it is… all cut up.  Then put all together again.  Perfect fit! Super cute.  Gorilla glue worked beautifully. Just let it dry for a couple hours.  Grab your dry erase marker and doodle your little vulnerable heart away.  I hope this little craft inspires you to try this or something else you’ve been wanting to try today!  Get crafty with it ya’ll!  Love,  Vee

​ Tonight’s dessert.  Easiest dessert ever! It’s low carb so it’s guilt free too. You can choose to just dip the strawberries the way they are or you can add stick to help with the dipping process.  I used the microwave to melt the chocolate and then poured it into a cup to make it easier for dipping. You can choose the chocolate of your preference and follow the directions on the packaging.  You can leave them plain or add sprinkles that you may have on hand.  Either way, it’s alllllll good.  Place them sit in the fridge and cool for about 10 minutes.  Try it out on your own and then with some kids you actually like. ;)  Share if you wish.  Enjoy. 

​ This was today’s positive reminder for today. The physical action of writing and reciting things like this help me keep a more natural continuous positive perspective on a daily bases. A therapeutic process for myself as much as I can.  Try it when you can.
